All products sold by SURANU are custom-made, made-to-order, limited-production, or specially produced upon purchase.

Because every piece is created specifically for the customer, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Returns
Refunds
Exchanges
Order cancellations after production begins
Refunds for incorrect size selection
Refunds based on personal preference or change of mind

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing:

Sizing
Measurements
Product descriptions
Colors
Shipping information
All order details

before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

SURANU intentionally operates on a made-to-order production model in order to reduce:

Products are produced intentionally and in limited quantities rather than mass manufactured.

Our no-return structure supports this sustainable production system.

PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

SURANU makes every reasonable effort to accurately display products, colors, textures, fabrics, and details.

However, customers acknowledge and accept that:

Colors may vary depending on screen settings and devices
Handcrafted or custom products may contain slight variations
Final products may differ slightly from digital previews or mockups

These natural variations do not qualify as defects.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SURANU is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs
Weather
Supply shortages
Force majeure events
Strikes
Circumstances outside our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. SURANU is not responsible for delays, losses, returned packages, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier shall be deemed successfully delivered. SURANU is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If a customer receives a materially defective or incorrect item, they must contact SURANU within 5 days of delivery with:

Clear photographs
Order details
A detailed explanation of the issue

SURANU reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether a replacement, repair, store credit, or other resolution will be offered.

Minor variations, subjective dissatisfaction, or sizing concerns are not considered defects.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By purchasing from SURANU, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all products are custom-made, made-to-order, or produced in limited quantities specifically for the customer.

The customer understands and accepts that SURANU maintains a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange policy except where required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SURANU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, emotional, punitive, or financial damages arising from:

Use of the website
Purchase of products
Delivery delays
Sizing issues
Subjective dissatisfaction
Color variation
Expectation mismatch
Inability to use the products

All products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without guarantees or warranties of any kind unless explicitly stated otherwise.
