All products sold by SANCTUM NOIRE are custom-made, made-to-order, limited-production, or specially produced upon purchase.

Because every piece is created specifically for the customer, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

SANCTUM NOIRE DOES NOT OFFER:
- Returns
- Refunds
- Exchanges
- Order cancellations after production begins
- Refunds for incorrect size selection
- Refunds based on personal preference or change of mind

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing:
- sizing,
- measurements,
- product descriptions,
- colors,
- shipping information,
- and all order details before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

2. CONSCIOUS & SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION

Products are produced intentionally and in limited quantities rather than mass manufactured.

Our no-return structure supports this sustainable production system.

3. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

SANCTUM NOIRE makes every reasonable effort to accurately display products, colors, textures, fabrics, and details.

However, customers acknowledge and accept that:
- colors may vary depending on screen settings and devices,
- handcrafted or custom products may contain slight variations,
- and final products may differ slightly from digital previews or mockups.

These natural variations do not qualify as defects.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SANCTUM NOIRE is not responsible for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers,
- customs,
- weather,
- supply shortages,
- force majeure events,
- strikes,
- or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If a customer receives a materially defective or incorrect item, they must contact SANCTUM NOIRE within 5 days of delivery with:
- clear photographs,
- order details,
- and a detailed explanation of the issue.

SANCTUM NOIRE reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether a replacement, repair, store credit, or other resolution will be offered.

Minor variations, subjective dissatisfaction, or sizing concerns are not considered defects.

The customer understands and accepts that SANCTUM NOIRE maintains a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy except where required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SANCTUM NOIRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, emotional, punitive, or financial damages arising from:

- purchase of products,
- delivery delays,
- sizing issues,
- subjective dissatisfaction,
- color variation,
- expectation mismatch,
- or inability to use the products.
